Programs

Referees & Umpires: We need individuals with a strong understanding of various sports rules (e.g., basketball, soccer, volleyball, tackle football, and flag football; adult and youth softball for umpires). Prior experience in officiating is a plus, but not always required – we are often willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate a good grasp of the game and a commitment to impartiality. Referees and umpires are responsible for enforcing rules, making calls, maintaining the flow of the game, and ensuring a safe and fair playing environment.
